1. BINDING AGREEMENT & LICENSE GRANT

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using My Android Application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

Application Developer Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you, subject to Google Play Terms of Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate credentials and maintain the confidentiality of your login information. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. BILLING, IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
==================================================
All purchases and billing transactions are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing.

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current period.
• Billing & Charges: Your Google Play Account is charged upon confirmation of purchase and upon renewal within 24 hours before the cycle ends.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to: Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to Google Play Refund Policies. Except as required by applicable consumer law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
• In-App Consumables & Digital Goods: All virtual items, credits, and unlocked premium features are personal, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for fiat currency.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in and to My Android Application, including software code, UI designs, trademarks, graphics, logos, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Application Developer Studio and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Application Developer Studio DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL Application Developer Studio BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
