My Android Application
1. Agreement to Terms & License Grant
By downloading, installing, or accessing My Android Application ("Application"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Application Developer Studio ("Licensor"). Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible mobile devices owned or controlled by you.
2. User Accounts & Security
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. Licensor reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each recurring billing interval (e.g. monthly, annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the expiration date.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Google Play Account immediately upon purchase confirmation and within 24 hours prior to each renewal.
- How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by opening the Google Play Store app > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Refund Policy: All subscription and digital product refunds are governed by Google Play Refund Policies.
- Virtual Items: Virtual currencies, consumables, and feature unlocks are non-transferable, licensed to your account, and have no monetary value outside the Application.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, source code, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and content associated with My Android Application remain the exclusive property of Application Developer Studio. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the Application.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible under law, Application Developer Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Application Developer Studio be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
