1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The tools are free, and provided as is

Every tool here is provided free of charge, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a tool is available, error-free, or that its output will be accepted by Google Play. You use them at your own risk.

3. You own your output

Files you create with these tools — icon packs, feature graphics, screenshots, generated privacy policy documents — are yours. You may use them commercially, without attribution and without any licence fee. We claim no rights over them, and since your files never reach our servers, we never hold them in the first place.

4. Generated documents are not legal advice

The privacy policy generator produces a template based on the inputs you provide. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. You are responsible for checking that any document you publish is accurate for your app and compliant with the laws that apply to you. If your app handles health, financial or children’s data, have a qualified lawyer review it.

5. Guides may become out of date

Google changes Play Console requirements, asset specifications and testing rules regularly. Our guides reflect our understanding at the time of writing. The official Google Play Console Help documentation is always the authority, and you should confirm anything time-sensitive against it before acting.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to build or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt the site, or access it through automated means at abusive volume.
• Present this site or its output as an official Google product or service.

7. No affiliation with Google

This is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Android, Google Play and Google Play Console are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe what the tools are for.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site — including rejected app submissions, lost development time, or lost revenue.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
