In strict accordance with the Google Play Store User Data Policy, users of My Android Application have the explicit right to request the permanent deletion of their registered account and all associated personal data at any time, without needing to reinstall or open the mobile application.

1. Data Permanently Deleted Upon Request
When an account deletion request is verified and executed, the following data categories are irreversibly erased or anonymized from active operational databases:
Account Profile & Identity Data
Name, email address, phone number, username, profile picture, and biographical info.
Authentication & Security Credentials
Hashed passwords, session tokens, OAuth authorization linkages, and MFA keys.
User-Generated Content & Uploads
User files, images, videos, audio notes, comments, lists, and in-app posts.
Activity History & Usage Logs
App usage analytics, search queries, browsing history, and device telemetry.
2. Legally Mandated Data Retention Exceptions
In accordance with Google Play Policy and statutory data privacy frameworks, certain limited data may be retained after account termination strictly where required by applicable laws:
- •Financial & Billing Audit Records: Transaction identifiers, payment timestamps, and tax invoices are retained for up to 7 years to comply with statutory accounting, GST/VAT audits, and anti-fraud regulations.
- •Anti-Abuse & Security Logs: Anonymized server telemetry and security challenge records are retained for up to 90 days strictly for threat prevention and server infrastructure integrity.
3. Execution Timeframe & Confirmation
Upon receipt of your deletion request, our data compliance team verifies account ownership within 48 hours. All associated data across primary databases and automated backups is permanently purged within 30 calendar days. A final confirmation notice is sent to your registered email address upon completion.
